A NeuroWellness Event
Sponsored by Soul Spaces Essentials
Schedule, practitioners, and final details may shift as the event comes together.
You will move through a guided NeuroWellness Protocol, a four-phase system that takes you from release to restoration, activation, and integration. This is not about trying random modalities. It is about experiencing a tangible shift in your internal state.
"You don't just attend. You move through a tangible shift in your internal state.
Most wellness asks "how do I feel better?" NeuroWellness asks "how do I regulate the system that creates how I feel?"
Your nervous system is the operating layer underneath your daily experience. It is the difference between calm and wired, focused and scattered, present and anxious. When it's stuck in stress, no amount of self-care lands. When it's regulated, almost everything else gets easier.
NeuroWellness draws from polyvagal theory, somatic practice, and emerging research on autonomic balance. It's becoming shared language across breathwork, cryotherapy, somatic therapy, and mental health care, all centered on one target: how your nervous system actually operates.
The Sanctuary is one live, in-person expression of that movement. A structured experience built to give your nervous system a tangible, felt shift in real time.
"The nervous system is the operating layer underneath your daily experience.
A guided tapping practice on specific acupressure points that signals the nervous system to release stored stress responses. Often called "emotional acupressure," EFT has decades of research showing measurable reductions in cortisol, anxiety, and trauma activation.
A slow, prop-supported style of yoga that uses long-held postures to trigger the parasympathetic nervous system. Unlike active yoga, it is not about effort. It is about giving your body the conditions to drop out of stress and into rest.
Led by Jenny
Erlinda Vo's signature methodology. A four-state framework for transforming how you operate, working at the intersection of energy work, nervous system regulation, and intentional space design.
Clear what's been holding you back. Repair what's been depleted. Build a more aligned, energized version of yourself. Maintain the new state.
A scientifically validated training that uses heart-focused breathing and emotion regulation to bring the heart, brain, and nervous system into coherence. Backed by 30 years of research from the HeartMath Institute on heart-rate variability and autonomic balance.
Your nervous system needs to discharge before it can regulate, regulate before it can activate, and activate before what you've experienced can integrate. Skip a phase and the shift doesn't hold. Move through all four and something actually changes.
At The Sanctuary, the sequence happens through anchor moments with the group. Between them, the enhancements stay open throughout the day, free for you to wander into at your own pace. The protocol gives the day its structure. The exploration is yours.

While the schedule unfolds, these enhancements are open throughout the day. Visit any station whenever it calls you. There is no checklist, no rush, no required path.
Write what you've been holding, anything you have not been able to say aloud. Stick it to the wall and let the act of naming it be the release.
Emotional Response Technique pillows ("Anxiety Sucks," "Cancer Sucks") and a baton. Release what you've been carrying.
Write a letter to the universe about what you want to create for your future. Self-address it. We mail it back to you when the universe is ready.
PEMF mat, red light therapy, and vibe plate. The deepest restoration available. Your first pod experience.
✦ Limited 20-min sessionsA self-guided sound frequency experience to help you tune into the state you want to anchor. Listen, breathe, and let the frequency guide the shift.
Name what supported you, who you are thankful for, or what you want to carry forward. Add it to the wall as a visible anchor for the room.
Optional paid add-on ($9.99). Create a small intention jar as a take-home anchor for what you are calling in.
Styled backdrops, perfect lighting, flat-lay station. Capture content worth posting. Enter our contest while you're there.
You won't be rushing between activities or trying everything. You'll move through each phase of the protocol using a core experience, with the option to deepen your journey through additional enhancements.
Every path leads to the same outcome: a felt shift in your nervous system state.

Carrie Crossman is a Certified Energy Psychology Practitioner, Certified HeartMath Interventions Practitioner, and Certified Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP / RRP) Provider, and the founder of The InnerWork Studio in Los Angeles.
Her path from Genetic Counselor to nervous system specialist gives the Discharge phase clinical depth. She combines decades of evidence-based training in Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), HeartMath Coherence, and the Safe & Sound Protocol to help her clients release the stress patterns held in the body, not just the mind.
Her work is grounded in a simple truth: stress isn't only a mental experience. It lives in the nervous system. Whether she's coaching executives, anxious teens, or burned-out caregivers, Carrie meets each person where they are and helps them rebuild the capacity to process stress without becoming consumed by it.
Carrie leads the EFT core experience that opens the Sanctuary protocol, giving guests the foundation, the tools, and the felt sense of what it means to actually feel okay in the body. She also closes the day with the HeartMath Coherence training in Phase 04, anchoring everything that came before into a tangible practice anyone can take home.
Her superpower: making nervous system regulation feel less clinical and a whole lot more human.

Look for the entrance marked with the gold star on the map. Doors open at 10:00 AM.
Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early so you can settle in, find your name tag, and ground into the space before the protocol begins.
Wear comfortable layers you can move in. We will be doing tapping, restorative yoga, and group coherence work, so something stretchy and breathable works best. Please bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle. Heads up: essential oils are used throughout the day, so wear something you do not mind picking up a light scent.
Yes. Lunch is included for all guests. We will offer both vegetarian and standard options. We are not able to accommodate every dietary restriction, so if you have severe allergies (nuts, gluten, etc.) or strict requirements (vegan, kosher), please email support@thespaforyoursoul.com in advance so you can plan accordingly.
No. The protocol gives the day its structure. The exploration is yours. You are welcome to skip any anchor moment that does not call to you, and the enhancements stay open throughout the day for you to wander into at your own pace.
Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. If you cannot make it, you are welcome to gift your ticket to a friend. Email support@thespaforyoursoul.com at least 48 hours before the event so we can update your guest information.
All experiences are designed to be accessible. Practitioners offer modifications throughout the day. If you have specific concerns, mention them when you check in and Carrie and the team will adapt the work to meet you where you are.
Essential oils may be present in the ambient space and in select optional wellness elements. If you are hypersensitive to scents, prone to fragrance-triggered migraines, or have known oil or fragrance allergies, please email support@thespaforyoursoul.com before the event so we can prepare. Some experiences can be modified or skipped to accommodate sensitivity.
This is normal and expected. EFT, HeartMath, and somatic work often surface feelings that have been held in the body: tears, laughter, sudden release, or simply feeling more present than usual. Carrie and the practitioners are trained to hold space for whatever comes up. You can opt out of any moment that feels like too much. Come with self-compassion.
If you wake up unwell (fever, contagious illness, recent injury) or simply not up to it, please stay home. Tickets are transferable, so a friend can use yours. Email support@thespaforyoursoul.com so we can update your guest information. Guests with health conditions affecting Sanctuary Lounge participation (pregnancy, pacemakers, recent surgery, etc.) should reach out in advance so we can plan modifications.
We will have a photographer capturing the energy of the day, and a Content Studio station for guests who want their own shots. If you would prefer not to be photographed, let us know at check-in and we will respect that.
Not at all. Both modalities are designed to be accessible on the first try. Carrie will guide you through every step. The protocol works for total beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Vendor tables are free for approved practitioners and brands aligned with one of the four protocol phases: Discharge, Regulate, Activate, or Integrate. Tell us about your offering below and we'll reply within 48 hours.
